I happened to see it at 2 am this morning. Perhaps it will rerun on Sunday.

The first half of the show was a rerun of the Clinton Impeachment and the resolve with which the Republicans united to avenge the loss of BushI at any cost. Although the guests, Fein and Nichols were quite candid with respect to the over reaching of Bush and Cheney, where was the outrage? Fein outlined a brief summary of Bushco's usurping of our Constitutional rights pretty accurately but it was as if they were movie critics like Siegel and Ebert. Where was the outrage, the anger, the passion, the nerve of the presumptuousness of their own party trampling the Constitution? I give them kudos for their honesty, but where was the PUSH for restitution? Are we only hearing about the malevolence of the Republican leadership NOW because there is a good chance of electing a Democrat with all that omnipotent "usury" power? Are we into the next phase of Republican stealth, stripping the next Executive occupying the White House of all the power inherent with the office? I agree with what they had to say, most of it we are already aware of. It was the soft peddling of the obvious crimes that made me uneasy.

Again, the Republicans get a free pass. Move on, nothing to see here, we were wrong but thats ok, we'll fix it for you, now that we have ours, we're the chosen, got the point yet? When all the tyrants should be prosecuted for High Crimes and Misdemeanors, and I don't mean just Bushco.
