The actions are admitted to by the regime. Alreadly ruled on by the USSC in Hamdan. And as war crimes, clearly impeachable offenses.
There is really nothing to "turn up" that's not already known. It is the "defense," which is a claim to have authority to "screw over" the other branches that must be thwarted. Otherwise the new Congress (and thus the American People) become complicit with the Geneva violations.
That condition would be worse than the crimes themelves. Worse than Iraq. Worse than the Stolen Elections. Worse than 9/11.
Even if the DC Dems awake to the peril and we dodge the bullet, it's certainly no cause for glee.
