at the meeting in Chicago starting tomorrow. I know they are arriving there today. Does anyone know what kind of vote, and which people do they mean to contact? I gather the state leaders? Maybe the DNC members for our state?

Here is the link for the state pages.

Here is the FDL diary with the comment about it.

Jane,

"You’re probably already aware of this but all of the state representatives (to the DNC) are meeting in Chicago (I believe next week) and they are taking a Lieberman vote. If it’s either overwhelming or unanimous that could be pretty hard hitting. I’m embarrassed to say that I know of this because our state committeeman spoke of it at a county Dem meeting last evening and was wondering if we (other states) should get involved - he was brought to his knees fairly rapidly and will now be voting against Lieberman at the meeting. We convinced him that it was a party issue not merely a state election issue."

Now I know it is not just the state committeepeople going, as my friend is not going and she is one. Trying to figure who to contact. I see Luis Navarro is there from the Florida state party, so I guess contacting them would be good.

Oh, and here is the link to the ongoing DNC blog coverage of this meeting.

I see C-Span is starting their coverage at 11 on Saturday, and Dean's speech is at 10. Maybe later on?
