how long before the media reports on a terrorist plot to blow up a bridge

...from the underpass of a highway with a carload of explosives? when this happens what will the federal gov reaction be? well, if we use this latest hair gel bomber scenario in london and look at the response, namely prohibiting all liquids and electronic devices as carry-on on planes, then we can probably assume there will be checkpoints on every major highway where all drivers will have to submit to mandatory searches of their car and trunk and glove compartment. hey, it's for your safety and if you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about.

what about a terrorist attack that involves firearms on US soil? well, we'd have to assume if the gov is going to be consistent in their desire to keep us safe from terrorists, guns will become heavily regulated or just plain outlawed.

hmmmm.....and terrorists using the internet to plot their attacks? well, looks like the corporations will have to regulate the internet and only corporate websites and government propoganda will be allowed. all private email will be screened...for our safety of course.

hey freeptards....you don't think that's what will happen? well, then you're dumber than the whole world already thinks you are. some dipshit brit tries to light a fuse in his shoe filled with c-4 and now everyone has to take their shoes off before getting on a plane. connect the dots and you'll see where this is going. i mean, can c-4 even be detonated by a fuse? i thought it needed a concussion. anyways, you see my point....whenever some two-bit delinquent attempts something, the government's knee-jerk response is pathetic. because some freak thought he could bring down a plane with c-4 in his chuck taylor high tops, the republican led government assumes that terrorists from then on will only try to smuggle explosives in their shoes so everyone has to take off their shoes. now, years later, someone tries to make a bomb with liquid so the response is to ban all liquids from the planes. the terrorists are winning by using fear. both types of terrorists....the fundamentalist muslim freaks and the politicians with an (R) next to their name that pander to the fundamentalist christian freaks.

and read the news stories associated with yesterdays london airport bust....people were having to dump their makeup and lotion and baby formula in the garbage. and the media only quoted the passengers that said stuff like "oh well, it's an inconvenience but we have to do everything necessary in order to be safe". one news story said that british authorities were questioning everyone with a beard. wow, if you have a beard, you could be a terrorist? hey freeptards, time to learn how to read so you can read orwell's 1984.....1984 is here.

soon, everyone that wants to travel on planes, buses and trains will have to carry all their luggage in clear plastic bags. you'll probably be subjected to cavity searches, credit checks and piss tests before being able to fly. all cars will be subjected to searches. telephones will be tapped. internet usage monitored. guns taken away. if you don't see this as the natural progression, you're not paying attention.

freedom is on the march. war is peace.

that is all.
