PS- I lost my house to foreclosure in 2002
after my back surgury in 2000.
I struggled through my savings
not noticing my credit rating falling
so when I finally tried to refinance, I couldn't
and when I tried to sell
that didn't work either.
I lost $1000,000 in paper equity
and a marriage.
Last year, when my disabilty finally came through
I bought a 28 foot sailboat on Ebay for $2500
My home is now paid for.
On $603 a month
