including myself have listed concrete harms, if not to themself, to those around them. Why do you say NOT ONE person? Did he or didn't he sign this years budget? Oh wait, you simply write those things off to personal responsibility (damn my friend for getting pregnant, damn her, but wait... her son didn't get pregnant, and he's hurt too). Oops.

I think this comes down to assumptions... if you probed more deeply, you'd find that we do realize Bush didn't do all this alone. His administration has, however, certainly laid out a very clear and wrong headed course (the whole war on terror is only one example)...which can't be pawned off on Congress (which you will probably try to do with the budget).
