That is my point. I am not saying that he has a high IQ but he is clever, mean spirited and persistent. He tries to cover that up with his silly humor. Casting him as dumb &/or insane lowers the bar. He is the most dangerous man on the planet and we should not underestimate him and his coherts. They are determined to fullfill their agenda.
While most of the focus is on Iraq their domestic agenda is moving forward.
