4. I'm back

Neil, from now on I'll start my replies this way so you'll know it's me. I hope that's OK. I think I've told you that I love political cartoons, no matter the slant. I look for topic and humor. In this one, the humor was something you had to look for. The slant was there and it took me a while to see the humor. When I saw it, I thought that's great. Would the average person?
