We were hopeful when Libby was indicted. We were excited when

DeLay was indicted. We were excited when Abramoff pled guilty. Now it appears nothing is happening and that nothing will. I say this because it is taking a long time and Rove changed the rules by having the prosecutor "promoted" off the case. The Libby thing is stalled until 2007 and they are talking about Fitzgerald's appointment being unconstitutional. Guess how the justice department/Supreme Court will handle that. DeLay? In Texas? It is a joke. He will be re-elected in November.
