What kind of special interests guy is he anyway???
Nurse Reinvestment Act and Global AIDS are two health care bills I know went somewhere, off the top of my head. And I also know he worked on SCHIP that carries the name of Ted Kennedy which is how Howard got 96% (not ALL) kids in Vermont covered. And how every other state in the union got kids covered, many of them at the same rate as Vermont.
