Yep! I loved that too.

Those whom may think it was ok for the current shall we say “non-conformity” to violate the constitution and overstep congress must simply educate themselves in the U.S Constitution Articles 1-5. I especially like Article 5 “Process of Amendment”. Although I loved the post on “give me your cell phone and bank account records” I cannot ever forget some governmental history that fits right in. So if anyone thinks it is ok for the executive branch of government to bypass the judicial branches or legislative branches (like our Congress and House of Representatives) simply for the sake of borrowing it along with the U.S Treasury and Military for a short while then let me have a signed blank check on your savings account. Its ok you can trust me…

Just maybe every American isn’t as stupid as some obviously thought.

Proposing to shutdown 33 military bases at home while building new bases in Iraq combined with terrorism defendants now having a possible legal loophole to avoid prosecution via illegal collection of evidence sure makes me feel allot safer. Maybe we should have followed the 1978 FISA that created the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that could have issued legal warrants.

I think were about to experience the Nixon flash dance so welcome to Thunder River the ride where Giggle Water and a Bum’s Rush may be just around the corner.
