Where is the brave judge that will subpoena spy records ??

Because no man is above the law. Not the Dictator. Not the Pope. Not the President. The rights of the people in a democracy supersede any claim of "inherent" authority by any leader. The people have a right to know if they have been spied upon illegally. It would be good to see a judge request a freeze on all the records until they can be analyzed by authorized people in the House and Senate. Don't even think of destroying any records, the judge should say.
