16. I live in Iowa
Vilsack is an ok governor. He is a centrist and is now the head of the DLC. I think that tells a lot about his politics. His main program is called the Iowa Values Fund, which hands out millions and millions of dollars to businesses. He calls it economic development, others call it coporate welfare. He has talked a good game on education, but teacher pay in Iowa has fallen after he got his bill passed to increase teacher pay.

I believe that Vilsack will be running in 08 and will win Iowa, but it will be closer than people think. If someone comes in and works hard, they could take Iowa.
