60. This goes back to Bismarck's "Green House", a Berlin brothel run
by Prussian military intelligence to entrap and blackmail numerous leading figures in Germany during the 1870s and 1880s.

The callboy ring scandal during Bush 41 was exposed at the time by The Washington Times. The Post buried the story, which indicates to me that the good old WaPo's friends in Langley were involved somehow, and probably still have the goods on GOP pedophiles.

As for Hoover, in addition to being himself blackmailed by the Mob, he kept miles and miles of "personal" files on the sex and dope shananigans of Hollywood celebrities, union leaders, and politicians of all stripes. These dossiers were supposedly destroyed at the time of Hoover's death in 1973, but somehow, I think the Agency and others kept a copy or two.

Finally, 9/11 happened because Shrub refused to roll up the al-Qaeda cells he knew were inside the US. One of the reasons he was advised to delay was that the UBL cells were financed by the same network Abramoff and Norquist were tapping into.
