That was the purpose of the FEMA no-response and unfortunately it worked like a charm. They let New Orleans suffer and when the Democrats there complained, they lied about not being let in. It's a case of govertment agencies which we pay taxes on, being used for Rove operations. If Blanco had been republican, FEMA would have marched right in. If you study how the FERC was used to sack Gray Davis in California, you discover the same pattern. This is the shit these pigs are smart at.
