This from Rick Moran (sic), chief clown of the quite appropriately named "Rightwing Nuthouse," responding to a cite of Bush's 36% ARG approval number:
"People are reacting to gas prices - a direct result of golden boy Clinton not building one single refinery in 8 years, nor one single nuke plant, nor having any kind of domestic energy policy that made sense." Hmmm, never knew that Clinton was in the refinery and nuclear power game. So let's get this straight, that tricky Bill Clinton is actually responsible for Bush's exponential ratings collapse?
