"two possibilities" bluntly gets off the neutral path to spin. The only way out of impeachment would be to fudge the record and admit calamitous ignorance, distance and mistakes even in the relationship with Britain.

That is, IF Bush were ever faced down. The fact is, Bush is evading even facing down the call to account. His party stands as a vast host of hypocrisy and cowardice to take all the heat. So much for Bush spending his "mandate". The Dems have noting to lose by keep pounding the call to account. They can only lose my mirroring the GOP cowardice and hypocrisy by pretending to be panicked by polls or press as if that were an excuse to not do their duty. Unlike Bush we need not pretend an outcome has been reached, only that the truth must be held to account.
