60. odd that the nizkor link gives such a bad example
of ad hominem.

=====
Bill: "I believe that abortion is morally wrong."
Dave: "Of course you would say that, you're a priest."
Bill: "What about the arguments I gave to support my position?"
Dave: "Those don't count. Like I said, you're a priest, so you have to say that abortion is wrong. Further, you are just a lackey to the Pope, so I can't believe what you say."
=====

In fact, the example itself is a strawman fallacy:
The example implies that it is irrational for Dave to reject Bill's argument on the basis that, as a priest, Bill has an established 'argument from authority' (which undermines his 'support'ing arguments). The example suggests that this is equivalent to 'you are just a lackey to the pope'.

At any rate, it is logically true that extensive, documented evidence of pedophilia by activists/office-holders within the Republican party undermines that party's assumed position as guardians of morality.

That said, the examples based only on nutcase Washington Times articles should be dropped from the list, as should any examples wherein the accused was not convicted.
