I would have a hard time with him working full time a few thousand miles away...why bother seeing him as an OB if you know there is a 99% chance that he won't even be the one delivering the baby??
It's one thing if a doc is in a group of OBs and you know he/she may or may not be on call the night you go into labor but at least the doc can follow up with you the next day and on follow up visits, etc..this guy can't even do that much.
