Anybody see a pattern here?

1. Opposing groups of protesters are separated from each other (SOP for decades).

2. Anti-* protesters are directed to particular zones -- the so-called free speech zones.

3. Free speech zones are restricted in size and accessibility, discouraging casual observers and less dedicated protesters from attending.

What comes next?

4. The protest 'cages' become actual enclosures, with a single, security guarded entrance.

5. The protest cages, surrounded by security forces and holding the most dedicated protesters, make it real easy to herd the protesters out of the single gate and onto the transports. Next stop, Idaho.

Or am I just being paranoid?
