7. Like what I see so far
I know there are those that want the Dems in Congress to 'grab their torch and pitch forks' on a daily basis, but I have to say I'm impressed so far that there are at least some in Congress standing up to the Republican bullies. Senator Boxer had every right to question Rice during the confirmation hearing subcommittee...those questions not only need to be asked but ANSWERED. Don't roll over now, especially on issues like Social Security and tort reform. How is it okay to incur a 2 trillion dollar deficit to secure SS for the future...that is totally illogical to tell our children that we are "saving SS" for them by putting their generation into insurmountable debt. Why would I want to relinquish my rights to compensation due to some corporation's negligence? Rising health care costs can only attribute 1% to medical malpractice...this will hardly help to lower health care costs.

Go Dems!!!
