but there is a recurring theme here that merits further analysis. Jeff Rense, and his fellow nutters, often post links about this concept of a shadow government.

Given the need for an over-arching strategy to steer global geopolitics it's difficult to avoid the conclusion that there is a cabal of powerful people who influence world politics. I wouldn't go so far as to suggest they act in concert in the context of a proxy government. However, there is tangible evidence of collusion amongst the rich and powerful. The Bilderberger meetings DO take place and one has to ask what they discuss, why it is kept under wraps etc.
