15. My head is starting to hurt
I lurked on this site for quite a while. Then, right after the election, I decided to get my feet wet as a poster.

I am an optimist by nature, and the general (not universal) solidarity in the few weeks after the election played into that and got me motivated and hopeful. It looked like everyone was fairly united, was going to resist * together, turn out in droves over vote fraud, donate resources, time, money, etc., etc.

Instead, things have gone sour. Factions are going at each other throats and fellow Democrats are going after Michael Moore, Howard Dean, Bev Harris, and even KO. Sometimes just for the sin of not being communicative, or for not doing things exactly the way that the attacker would do it.

I have a strong suspicion that a lot (not all) of it is phony, ginned up by the opposition using organized methods. Call me paranoid now. At the least, I'm a little disappointed that the unity of those mid-November days are history for the moment. My rampant optimism is, well, I just dont know . . .
