When you think about it, its a brilliant plan really.
And if I can think it up, if you can think it up.....some inner rethug has already thought it up. Guaranteed!

The only problem with the theory is that Cheney seems to be the man in charge, he would have to have some kind of continued access. Unless of course, the group of cronies he belongs to just continues down the same predestined path as outlined in the Project for a New American Century
