I told him, he is 26, he can call me when the draft board sends him his card,. I will help him pack more thinngs than he really needs for Boot Camp (they go bad you know in storage), and push him out the door

He looked at me a strange look in his face.

I went, sweetie you voted for him. I have no empathy left for you

Now go die for your cause... remember take bug spray and sun screan and definitely keep your weapon clean, I want you to fully experience the horror that is bush ... and maybe even survive it and have nightmares for the rest of your life

No, sometimes teh nation needs a shock to come down to reality... you delivered the shock, now you get to live with it.

And you know what, they need to hear it... their vote has consequences.
