The book has no publisher, no ISBN number, and not even a valid copyright notice. The title page says "Copyright (c) 2011," but doesn't name the copyright holder as required. The author's name is listed separately on the page. And while it is sold by Amazon, it doesn't come up if you search for it. I only foind it using the tiny URL listed above. Something very odd about this book.
