I think it would have to have ground rules about what we are and are not interested in (and I think that would be a huge hurdle), and what constitutes legitimate vetting and/or criticism and what constitutes mindless, psychic spoon bender club type naysaying.

If you look at "cooperative research" they've been able to utilize the efforts of many people to create the definitive 9/11 timeline -- and although there's obviously a lot of internal fact checking and editing, there are no self-proclaimed "debunkers" or "dungeon masters" trying to tear down their efforts in the name of delusional, uncritical but self-proclaimed "critical" thinking.
