What's difficult about MIHOP? Assuming Osama is a CIA asset, all he has to to is recruit some
fanatical suicide pilots to hijack some planes (the muscle guys had no idea it was a suicide mission).
You set up six simultaneous war games to distract the air defense and it's fait accompli.
