He's probably receiving thousands of letters and e-mails A DAY. He cannot make "prosecution of crimes of the Bush administration" one of his campaign issues because 99% of the American populace would say "What crimes?". That's just not someplace he needs to go with less than 10 weeks to election day. Patience my friend, patience.
