Uninformed frat boys jumping on a bandwagon - hijacking it, in fact, by taking up the most extreme ideas, or else finding chewable but usually wrong evidence and arguments for ideas that otherwise may be right, and setting it to "cool" music. A bit of Goebbels' technique, unconsciously absorbed, mixed in with MTV.
