As a second-generation immigrant and strong opponent of British anti-immigrant bigotry (which is far more prevalent here than antisemitism), I still feel that it is particularly outrageous for an immigrant to come to a new country, and then use his new citizenship as a platform to try to kick out existing citizens.
'Jewish state' properly means a place of refuge for Jews, and does not imply any superiority for Jews. However, Lieberman has IMO shamefully abused his 'right of return'.
He should have no place in government, any more than Haider, Griffin or LePen; and I will gloat if he ends up in jail, which is looking increasingly possible!
