There once was a time when friends and neighbors automatically sided with an individual and government was small.

Over the past century, that emphasis has shifted and now to many citizens are content to stand on the sidelines while hired functionaries do as they want behind a shield of government secrecy.

I don't know what's going on in Horton Bay, but government drones have been know to abuse their authority.
