I guess if this were true the gun shows would be basically falling to the wayside.
Didn't happen!
So if criminals got so many guns at these "loopole" festivals of selling guns to criminals, why is there still crime in both these states being committed by people that cannot legally own firearms?
What "loopole" are they using now?
Face it, it didn't do shit to stop crime, because it wasn't contributing to it in the first place!
