possible negative outcome of your gun-restricting scheme.
"Maybe" we should make guns generally scarce?!?! "Maybe" we should gamble with the lives of the non-criminal population while we experiment with social policy?! "Maybe" we should just ignore the evidence that defensive gun uses are *at least* as frequent as offensive gun uses and the net result of gun restrictions -- which affect *only* the law abiding -- will be the deaths of innocent members of our population?
