30. The Four Rules of gun safety...
RULE I: ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

RULE II: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

RULE III: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

RULE IV: BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET

"You never point a loaded gun at someone's head," (Assistant Attorney General) Marchese said after resting her case Tuesday, emphasizing it's the responsibility of the person holding the revolver to ensure the chamber is empty. "You don't point a gun and pull the trigger unless you're 100 percent sure."

The Assistant Attorney General is a bit off-base here. It is NOT OK to point a gun you think is unloaded (even if you are "100% certain" it's unloaded) at another person and pull the trigger. Period.
