He gave him an offer he could not confuse, his brains or his signature on the release contract.

Iran's Bourse will not topple the dollar. It will not even be popular, unless foreigners like the idea of suing for breach of contract in the revolutionary Islamic Court of Tehran. You know, since interest is illegal in Islam, if someone does not fulfill a contract on time they can pay you back a year later without interest. That will work well.
