saying in Bank-ese language " don't worry, be happy" everything is fine with our bank.
Two "re-assuring" letters 6 months apart.
And their ATM machine is "down" a lot now.
Plus I notice in the big city newspaper several half page "assurance" ads from the bigger regional banks.
Why am I not re-assured?????
