Just like your comment about the moon.
I think it is reasonable to think that at some point, if Clark enters the race that Kerry would eventually drop from the race.

It is also reasonable to say that with 10 candidates that no one candidate will have a majority of the delegates. Dean could have 20%, Gephardt 15%, Clark 20%, Kerry 15%, and the others with the remaining. So if Clark got Kerry's 15% with his 20%, that would be 35%, combined with super delgates he would have enough to win. On the other hand, if Kerry throws his delegates to Dean, Dean could win the nomination if he choose Gephardt as his running mate.

So I think this is very relevant. Obviously Kerry is going to have delegates. Probably more then Kucinich, and Sharpton, and Braun, and Edwards, and Graham. So who he gives them to will make a big difference in who wins the nomination.
