Question regarding threads here...

Have been reading the threads in all the forums for quite a while--as have you all (yes, yes, I know)

It amazes me how the inter-candidate debates have raged--it's actually quite similar to that of the Democratic-Republican issue.

In this case--it's the Dean supporters against the others--and the Dean supporters are being put on the defensive for 1) attacks on others 2) mean-spirited messages and 3) not being open to criticism and debate.

Having read many of these threads, though--I'm finding that this is, in fact, not the way things are in reality.

Just a quick look at the threads at this point (10:30 EST)-- I'm finding numerous threads (by the same people) ripping into Dean and crowing about their candidate.

I know, I know-- it's the pot calling the kettle black syndrome.

The point is-- it's friggin pathetic.

Folks should just support their candidate and keep their eyes on the prize in terms of getting * out of office (preferably with a perp walk and prison time for many in the administration)

Yeah-- this has been said before, I'm sure-- hell, I've read them.

But damn-- this is just so blatant right now.

I know there aren't rules against this, per se--but would some of you just realize that all you're doing is driving folks away--and if you continue on that line--all it shows is that you're no better than Rove & Co.

I've seen it bandied about (quickly lost in the "My candidate is best--your guys sucks" threads) that the issues should be discussed--not the message controlling "Dean folks are mean" attacks that are constantly cropping up.

The more egregious offenders know who they are--one hopes that something can be done about it.

Later folks--I'm off to work on getting * out of office--hope you'll join in the campaign
