For example, I find that Clark's health plan for adults relies too much on tax credits.

Well, we self-employed people already get to deduct almost all our insurance premiums (it will be 100% in a couple of years) from our Federal income tax on our 1040 already, and while I appreciate the tax credit, it does nothing to alleviate the problem of having to pay a hefty premium each month plus a high deductible.
