And in case you haven't seen this link, on Fox being cited for lying in the UK, check it out via the Daily KOS. He has a link to the The British Government's Office of Communications (Ofcom) which issued the ruling.

The US no longer has a fairness doctrine in broadcasting, but the Brits apparently do. And Fox, that bastion of fairness and balance, has run afoul of it.

Not sure how Fox might manage to survive in a country that apparently requires, by law, actual fairness and balance.
