62. I called a free clinic in Sunnyvale yesterday...

...and said "I'm having chest pains and difficulty breathing" and was told "Our next available appointment is in the second week of August."

So today, fortunately, I've been addressing the circumstances that cause the recent spike in stress, and while things are not resolved yet, I can see a path to that point. It's going to be another couple of days of negotiating and "not revealing my poker hand"...politics...but I believe I will be able to turn the situation around my way, and stay focused on my agenda.

And yes, I am extremely appreciative of all of the suggestions here.
