Side of Buffalo is now posting pictures that she took today of the flowers still blooming in her front yard. Not one flake in sight. 3 miles away, first one, then another, and another and another tractor trailers jack knifed on the thruway about 8PM last night when the snow started. Before anyone could do anything, local commuters got on at various places and got stuck behind the accidents. Then it started snowing. By now (Thursday evening) we're talking 2 to 3 feet of wet snow piled on and around all those cars and trucks. The state crews are literally going from car to car digging people out to get them moving.
