9. I'm glad. However, I don't think it originated on "House."
That was a graphic that another DUer made. I like because of the facial expressions even though I'm not a fan of "House." (I love Hugh Laurie, but "House" is not his best work.)
Anyway, I think it's an African-American slang term. I remember first hearing it from some African-American children when I was in summer camp in the nineties. Usually, it meant "Oh, damn it!" or "gotcha" depending on the context.
