even when it hurts and is painful, it's still love. Heck, maybe even more so, as if you did NOT care it would not hurt.

I think Love is a very complex and profound thing, and has a motley assortment of expressions. Love allows us to hope, and love can both elevate us and bring us crashing down. Even if it is just a chemical response, that does not make it less real.

Both the obvious positive expressions of it and the negative expressions of it, such as insecurity and jealousy and hate, are very deep-seated in our primitive animal brains, and I feel are strongly related to why we (and other social animals) evolved to where we are now.



Love is a many spendored thing, and it's right behind you!! RUN AWAY!
