...that remove MPEG2 artifacting and source noise... the net result, especially on 35mm or 70mm feature film material given a good transfer, is virtually HighDef quality. YMMV, of course...

Every LCD TV has built-in upconverting circuitry, so when the dealer tries to hawk an upconvert DVD to people, they shouldn't buy into it so readily...

It'd be nice of stores would sell HD or BR drives for PCs... they sell the blank media, but why not the drives?
