she just happened to be in Broward County, Florida -- where she was partying when she died. Where does that give ANY Florida judge ANY jurisdiction?

They are supposed to be deciding the disposition of the body. That is not what they are discussing. Drug use has come up this afternoon. This judge is all over the lot.

Whatever he decides, I'm sure it will be appealed.
