something us polio types got approximately 30 years after being diagnosed with Polio. Turns out our muscles & neurons start fading away at a much faster rate than a normal person. Not all people get it, as with most illnesses, women get it more than men. Mine has a lot to do with the exercising I did throughout my life. The doctors told us to exercise and so I did to excess. As a result I am only 53, but physically feel much older. It is very painful.

My honey is from Japan where everyone looks the same...even he would say that, so I don't too feel bad when I say it!
