Consequences is somehow conservative? He actually believes the Hannity BS!
If anything, the conservative stance is to cut taxes and starve federal funds so that the levy is never strengthened or built and thus is more likely to break, like in umm...New Orleans! Hello!! McFly!! The Levy already broke and it was Bush who didn't fund its repair in time!
