29. Looking hardcore doesn't bother me.
It's when you try to look hardcore but sing poppy crap that sounds like it was written by some old man in an executive office.

There are a lot of bands that I can't stand to listen to- but in this day and age where damned near everything is written in offices by old executives who are trying to push an image, I have nothing but respect for all bands who write their own material, look the way they want, and can play more than 4 chords.
There are a lot of bands that 5 years ago I couldn't bring myself to listen to, that I listen to or at the very least respect now because they actually wrote their own music.

I also respect (and enjoy) anything that sounds different, unique, and out of the mainstream.
